Are you looking for ways to improve your brain health and mental well-being? Dr. Ruan's Group Visits are the perfect way to take the first step in that journey! Every Thursday morning at 11:30 AM, Dr. Ruan dives into common triggers of brain and mental health related issues and provides valuable tools we use in our clinic to address root causes. Brain Train group sessions provide an inspiring atmosphere where you can gain knowledge about yourself, attain solutions, and walk away with action items for conquering your individual obstacles. Members are able to share personal experiences, offer strategies that are working for them, and share challenges in order to receive support in a safe, group space. Many of our members leave with new hope, as they become aware of lifestyle changes they may implement to improve their brain and mental health. So join us on Thursdays as we explore how best to train our brains for success and overall wellness!

Discover powerful tools in Mind-Body Medicine sessions that will help you develop your resiliency to stressful situations and control your emotional responses while learning to manage and express emotions. Patients who attend mind-body session in our clinic discover better ways of coping and practice consistent self-awareness, which we have seen improve their physical and mental well-being. The mind is so intricately connected to the body, so much so that it is can be challenging to prevent and heal chronic illness without engaging in mindfulness practices and working on the mental aspects of healing.
Geny currently leads in-person group sessions including breathwork, Tai-Chi, and meditation. Her sessions allow members to hold space for one another, express the thoughts that are showing up for them in a non-judgmental space, and learn mind-body medicine skillsets that can be used for a lifetime.

Nutrition Group coaching sessions with Ruben, Registered Dietitian, provide an interactive approach to learning how to eat in a healthy and non-restrictive manner. These sessions are designed to help members decrease inflammatory foods in their diets that could be impeding their health progress. During each session, Ruben opens the floor for questions and allows members to share their struggles, ideas, and progress. Every meeting is tailored to the needs of the group so that everyone can get the most out of it.
Whether you are trying to lose weight, reduce chronic health issues, manage symptoms, prevent metabolic and immune issues, or simply improve your overall health, group coaching provides plenty of empowering tools.
During these interactive visits, members are taught how to eat in a healthy and non-restrictive manner using our very easy-to-follow and non-restrictive meal guide. Hypermobile Group Visits are a great place to start if you are struggling with connective tissue issues, chronic pain, fascia tightness, posture issues, or have received a diagnosis of EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and don't know where to start! Dr. Cheng Ruan delves into the root causes of hypermobile issues and symptoms that result from over-extension and poor posture.
We often have expert guest speakers who join us in these groups to share tools and healing methods they offer to manage pain, correct fascia and posture issues, and provide stability to structures that improve pain. Last week, we were happy to have a chiropractor who treats EDS and hypermobility via specific adjustments and intricate therapies.
Because of the nature of integrative care, we are always seeking answers to get to the root cause of disease. Therefore, we have an extensive collaborative network of experts and specialists who join us to resolve symptoms and root causes of disease. Hypermobility and EDS are complex disorders that many physicians know very little about. We are excited to continue to grow our network and tools to not only manage pain but find lasting solutions for our patients struggling with hypermobility.
