As you may know, POTS and Dysautonomia sufferers often struggle with muscle tightness, tension, and difficulties with breathing correctly with the diaphragm. This creates downstream symptoms, such as worsened circulation, lightheadedness, decreased stamina, GI issues, and more. Come ready to learn, engage your core, develop body awareness, and improve your mind-body connection!
